Please take the time to thoroughly read through the information provided below and submit the Orthodontic Pre-Screening Form:
1. When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car. Our staff will contact you when the patient may come into the reception area. We ask that anyone accompanying the patient remain outside of the office for the duration of the patients appointment. This is to limit the number of people in our reception area, as this area is essentially closed.
2. All patients will be pre-screened again prior to entering the clinic area. Your temperature will be taken ( via no-touch infrared thermometer).
3. Please brush and floss at home prior to your appointment, as we have been required to close our brushing station.
4. We have been advised to close our washrooms to the public use, including patients.
