Ellen has worked as an orthodontic CDA since 1982, and with Dr Hicks’ office since 1994. Ellen’s favorite thing about working with our patients is seeing everybody’s smiles!
Bing, Orthodontic CDA
Bing has assisted Dr. Hicks since 2009 and loves helping patients achieve and maintain healthy and confident smiles. She strives to make every visit a positive experience by providing the best care in a warm and compassionate manner. When not at work, Bing loves being a mommy to her young son and cheering for the Canucks!
Laurel, Orthodontic CDA
Laurel has been an orthodontic CDA for almost 20 years, and spent about half that time with Dr. Hicks. Her lively personality is sure to bring a smile to your face!
Caroline, Orthodontic CDA
Caroline has worked for Dr. Hicks since 1999. She enjoys working with the team and loves meeting new people and getting to know them over the course of their treatments. A lifetime North Vancouver resident, Caroline keeps active and busy with sports and her family.
Alice, Orthodontic CDA
Alice has been practicing since 1991. It gives her great pleasure to see the incredible changes that her patients go through, and she finds their happiness and smiles very rewarding. Originally from Spain, Alice loves to travel and spend time with her family.
James, Lab Technician
James has worked for Dr. Hicks’ office for more than 10 years handling the lab work of models, retainers and orthodontic appliances. James is happy to help you design a retainer or your choice and colour to add a little sunshine to your life!
Sandra, Financial Secretary & Receptionist
Sandra has worked with the Dr. Hicks team for more than 20 years and made some good friends along the way. She enjoys seeing patients and their families on a regular basis throughout their treatments.
Tessa, Receptionist
Tessa has been the receptionist for Dr. Bryan Hicks and his father Dr. Bob Hicks for almost 20 years. Having lived on the North Shore all her life, Tessa loves reconnecting with friends from school who are now bringing their children into the office.
